Hot-Rolled Coils

Hot-rolled coils, annealed and pickled where forming or welding follows, supply the wider gauges required for fabricated components and heavy sheet metal work.

Panel & Sheet Fabrication: Slit to the required width and cut to length for panels, cladding and enclosure components across industrial equipment.

Structural Components: The 2.50 – 5.00 mm gauge range carries load in brackets, base plates, reinforcements and welded assemblies.

Heavy Fabrication Feedstock: Consistent gauge and a No. 1 surface support cutting, bending and welding without additional surface preparation.

Packaging:
Coils are strapped with plastic or metal straps at four places and wrapped in protective film against environmental factors. Deliveries are made in standard 20' or 40' containers or curtain-side trailers, by sea or by land, to the location specified by the customer.
